Steven Glicher is a consultant at Harts Chartered Accountants and has been a Chartered Accountant for over 35 years. He advises small and medium sized businesses on all aspects of their affairs. He has written eBooks on various topics, spoken at numerous conferences and appeared on Sky news to comment on the Autumn statement.
